Background Information on Sun City

The apartment complex is located in the south-western part of Sunny Beach and Nessebar just 300 metres from CacauBeach. At the entrance of the complex is a mini-market. The complex is gated and has a beautiful large pool (with splendid pool bar) and is totally suitable for children, with additional playground area as well as a small children's pool with slide.

Swimming pool and sunbeds are free of course for all residents in the complex, and the apartment complex also offers two-rickshaws in which you can visit the old town of Nessebar. There is also car parking behind the building.
